Yoga Nidrā (Yogic Sleep) for Deep Rest

Yoga Nidrā (Yogic sleep) is a profound state of consciousness in which one can access the deep sleep state - the realm of regeneration, bliss, liberation, the divine mother, and Samskāra, our deep impressions and unconscious conditioning - with personal awareness retained.

It is said that when we can access this state - the state of Yoga Nidrā, accessible through a skillful internal guided awareness practice among other pathways - we can reach and even alter our Samskāra, which live in the deep sleep state or anandamaya kosha, by inserting a Sankalpa...a meaningful and true contemplation. Talk about radical!

Please feel to practice this to help you access a more restful, restorative state, to transition to sleep at night, or anytime you would like guidance into your inner realms.
